I have been training with Ashley for 6 years and through multiple pregnancies and postpartum periods. She is an amazing trainer and has helped me overcome weaknesses, injuries and get stronger both physically and mentally. She is also an awesome human!
I've trained for the better part of the last decade with a few different personal trainers but Ash is hands-down the best I've ever worked with. Her approach is unique. It's not about how heavy I can go or just getting through the reps. She focuses heavily on deep core engagement, proper form, and recovery, and I take everything I've learned from her and apply it to every workout even outside of her sessions. I originally went in with the intention of just dropping weight but instead found myself not only losing fat but becoming the strongest version of myself. It's become a lifestyle change for me and I can honestly say I look forward to every session with her. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to make permanent changes to their mind and body!
I worked with Ashley when I was pregnant with my daughter and she helped me with my pelvic floor and taught me breathing techniques that had a huge impact which helped me with my labor and delivery. I pushed my daughter out in less than an hour (which is uncommon for first pregnancies) and it's all thanks to Ashely.
Ashley really has mastery of the body and you can tell she is super passionate about what she does. From proper warm ups, to form, to tailoring the workout to fit my needs, to body work and stretching. As a high level athlete my whole life I have worked with a lot of trainers, and no one listens and adjusts so well, while still delivering results. I can work hard without being scared of injury, as I know she is taking it all into consideration. I've worked out with her through different seasons of life, including two postpartums which I was so grateful for.
She is also super funny, so that helps to lighten the mood when I'm dying from her insane programming. She always finds a way to strengthen my weaknesses, which leads to overall more strength instead of just working the big muscles like your typical Bootcamp or trainer that doesn't really tailor the workout to you.
Ashley has not only changed my relationship with exercise, she has me looking forward to my sessions with her. Total professional with a complete (and expanding) knowledge of the how and why behind fitness. Could not give a stronger recommendation
I have been training with Ashley for the past 5 years and she is simply the BEST! She specifically tailors your workouts for how you are feeling physically and energetically that day, which I always appreciate. It's one thing to just have a run of the mill trainer that pushes you to your breaking point every day and then there is having a trainer like Ashley that listens to you and listens to your body. She knows when to ease up if your form isn't where it needs to be and when to push you when you are mentally holding yourself back a bit.
She has taught me so much since I've started training with her and really stands out by having a unique approach to her sessions. No matter what, we will always spend time to properly warm up the body through stretching and dynamic movements. Because of this and her high attention to proper form, I have been able to consistently hit goals in the gym WITHOUT injury! Cannot say enough good things about her :)
